• Answer:

  Whipped topping is very easy. It is a meringue. Take six egg whites, put them into a mixer (or hand mix and expect cramping). Start beating until they turn white and start peaking a bit - add about a Tablespoon or so of sugar (depends on your preference) and 1/4 tsp of Vanilla. Continue beating until the meringue forms peaks that are somewhat stiff - but NOT until it is dried out. The meringue can then be spooned onto the pie topping and baked with pie. Have fun!
