However, it has same ingredients as the first recipe except it doesn;t call for the additional 2 cups wheat flour. I mean, it seems the dough would be way too sticky with only 2 cups bread flour. Any help? My friend loves this bread but she has asthma after eating it because of the wheat flour (shes been allergy tested before)... I know it won't be the same, but how can I make a bread like this that is a little sweet but without wheat flour? Thanks...
