How do i jail break my Ipod Touch?

I have the 1st generation Ipod Touch, 8g. I've tried blackra1n and it didn't work... Is there any other easy way that i can jail break it? I have no reason why i want to do it, other than just to explore because i've never really seen it before. So please help if possible!!!

Check out spirit jailbreak, it has to be the best and the easiest out there. http://spiritjb.com/ There is a complete tutorial along with a really simple download and install. I did this on my ipod and it was the best and quickest possible. Good luck!
