How do I get people to watch my youtube videos?

Hey, I'm new to youtube and I don't know how on earth to put my videos out there... I want to post more vids of me singing/playing etc. but I don't want to waste my time if they are hidden at the bottom of hundreds of other videos, This is my first video, its not nearly my best.. but its just a short something for me to test out how youtube works... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zAzresFn1U ANY ADVICE WOULD BE SUPER HELPFUL :)
