8th grade (just a few questions?

Having a 8th grade graduation outside party..entertainment,snacks,an… drink questions?

• Okay im having a 8th grade graduation party for around 150 kids. We are getting a DJ for music and renting those huge white tents in case it starts to rain. If you could think of any other ideas to entertain 150 kids, it would be very much helpful. How many 2 liter bottle of soft drinks do you think i would need? How many bags of chips and other snacks do you think i would need? and as for those plastic red cups i was thinking of going to sam's club and getting around 400 a little over 2 cups per person. do u think tht would be enough cups? thanks in advance!

  A tv and a video game system hooked up outside would be a good idea (In the tent!). Also, Twister would be fun. For 2 litre drinks, you would need about 70 bottles. 45 bags of chips 400 cups sounds good.
