NSYNC preformed at an awards show in costumes of their future selves; what awards show was that?

I remember they came down the aisles in costumes and a few secs into the song they ripped off the costumes but I can't really remember if they were alien costumes(highly doubt that) or costumes of themselves as old men. I've been trying to find out for the longest what awards show..or show in general..they preformed this act at..and what the costumes were.
