I Found Some Vip Tickets for a Good Price but I Was Wondering If You Have to Buy a Regular Ticket AND the Vip Tickets, or Can You Just Buy the Vip Tickets?

If you are talking about the life saving voucher, it it's self is not a VIP pass. You can exchange it at the show for a pass to a special area. The first 150 people to exchange their vouchers for passes get a special all access pass. You still need a Warped tour ticket if you have a LifeSaving Voucher.
