How to edit videos on window live photo gallery?

• I'm trying to make youtube videos more regularly, and this is one of the options my computer gave me to edit on other than hp quickplay, I don't know exactely how to do the 'jumpcut' type of editting on it...or just 'regular' editing I guess.
