Free tickets to live tapings?

I'm having trouble buying tickets for Live 105's NSSN concert w/Muse, AFI, 30STM etc... help please?

So i tried buying tickets to Live 105's Not So Silent Night concert on Dec. 11 on ticketmaster, but no tickets are available. they were supposed to go on sale nov. 7, but i've been checking back every day since then and there are still no tickets available (even when i choose "Any Price" and "best available"). What is the problem? I highly doubt tickets are sold out right now since the show is still one month away, but why are there no tix available? is it working for you guys? here's the site: http://www.ticketmaster.com/event/1C004362CED8A273 I want to get the general admission floor tickets, but if they are really sold out, then i'm kinda bummed.
