Kindergarten activity ideas, please? I am on an internship?

Need some activity ideas for children in grades k-6. please share your ideas!?

  • Starting next week I am becoming a Youth Care Worker. I work for a before and after school program. In the morning my shift is 7:15 - 9am, then I return after school from 3-6pm. I am in search of some activity Ideas!! (by the way I need to plan a whole year worth, so please give me LOTS of ideas) The mornings will be mellow (less organized), but AFTER school, I need to have an activity planned for everyday. If it helps the program is located in a school where I will have access to a gym, playground, etc. The students I teach are from grades k-6, so any of my activities must be satisfying for all these age groups.

  • Answer:

    scavenger hunts, karaoke competitions, corn hole, tag, hide and seek.
