Any sweet sixteen party ideas?

Help on my sweet sixteen party ideas!?

• -next august i will be having a "Club Viva Las Vegas" themed sweet sixteen. -i NEED a venue for i dont want it at home or outside. also, i live in a smaller town so a night club isn't really possible to rent out. any ideas where? -boys and girls invited -dress code: club/cocktail/dressy-casual attire i want to have the following at my party: -streamers -confetti/glitter -bouncer(s) -red carpet outside before you come in -table of candy -strobe lights/club lights -DJ -non alcoholic bar -balloons -screen with slideshow of pictures of me -photobooth -club favors at a table (glow bracelets&sticks, mardi gras beads, etc) -I want to somehow incorporate more of the Vegas theme in it without the whole casino/cards/blackjack kind of style. -And i am having my bffs mom make a cake for me(topsy-turvy, black, hot pink, zebra stripes, maybe?) but if y'all have a better idea for a cake please say! Or i might do a topsy turvy all in black with splatter paint and feathers on it idk yet.' -and i need colors for all my decorations, cake, etc! (include black) BLACK IS A MUST. and lastly super duper cute/cool/creative invites that go along with my theme. OH! && i dont want to make my mom spend alot. i love her y'all and dont want her to break the bank. so think of that in your ideas you give me. if that means doing some homemade aspects to some of my decorations - so be it. i just dont want it looking cheesy and cheap. thanks y'all! any ideas welcome! just keep within my "CLUB VIVA LAS VEGAS" theme(: ~so, do you guys think this is an awesome sweet sixteen party idea?~
