How can I get free concert tickets?

I've been trying to get concert tickets to this concert for the past few months now but i don't have enough money & right now, neither do my parents. i've been thinking about selling things on ebay but i'm not sure if i want to. my towns radio station was giving them out for free to the 25th caller at a certain time. i called around 300 times so i could win tickets & i still didn't. is there any way i can some how get free concert tickets, win them? (i'm 14 so i can't get a job yet & no one needs a baby sitter or anything around where i live)
