Is it possible to get your Bachelor's Degree if you have a GED?

Im enlisting in to The National guard in january I want to this the quickest way to start to earn my bachelor's degree. They have a program where you go to an academy for 9 moths to earn you high school diploma and you get paid for it. Then they have the GED plus program where you get you GED 15-20 days and don't get paid. Im just want to get a bachelor's degree as fast a possible. And I can get a bachelor's degree with a GED I would rather do that. Im going to be a Chiropractor.

GED is a Graduate Equivalency Diploma - You take a test and earn you High School diploma through this route. It may be an avenue toward getting into a university if you so desire but you will need to take some courses at a community college first.

I'm pretty sure a GED is basically the equivalent to a high school diploma. So yes you can get a Bachelor's if you have a GED.
