How to figure my cumulitive gpa?
-
Basically I'm trying to figure out what my cumulitive gpa will be after this semester, I have not done good the past few years and my gpa is a sad 2.35, my questions is; is it accurate to say that if I get a 3.25 gpa this semester that my cumulitive will then change to a 2.8? I'm taking 2.35 + 3.25 = 5.6 ÷ 2 = 2.8. Is that how you figure your cumulitive each semester?

Answer:
you're supposed to add up all of the gpa's you have gotten from every single class and divide it by the number of classes you have taken to date. For example, if you took 4 classes. Class one you got 2.6, class two you got, 2.9, class three you got 2.7, class four you got 2.55. Then you add all of them up (10.75). Then divide this number by 4 and you get 2.69. edit: ^^^^Person above me has no idea what they're talking about.
