What universities can I get in with a cumulative 3.1 GPA?

  For Penn.... unless you have a perfect SAT, you will need a bare minimum of 3.7 or 3.8 plus volunteership and AP courses. It's a great school. For good schools, but not as good as Penn, like Texas or UMass or FSU, I would say an ACT or 28 or high, plus a 3.6 or higher GPA. Again, you need a high GPA, but maybe not as high for Penn.
