How can I get better grades...?

• I was raped when I was 14 by a 22 year old. I have been beaten my one of my mom's old boyfriends until he left belt marks on my skin and I would hide constantly. I'm 16 now. I can barely get a 1.5 GPA. I want to have a future, a job, a family, a small house, etc. But it's like - I can't ever get enough time to do the work or I don't care - I want the life I dream of, yet then I can't see myself having a future. It's impossible to even see a year added on to my life. it's like I keep thinking my life is going to end. I try hard, but I can't remember anything I read or hear. It's becoming more of an issue and it is stressing me, I know I'm smart, I know I can remember, but the only thing I can truly remember is the nightmares, the rape, the abuse. That's it. I want to have a life, but life is getting in the way of school. Some days I just go home, get in a bubble bath and cry. Just cry. I have no reason, I just do. Can anyone give me advice? And I was raped last year, he was arrested but only given 3 months probation. (yeah 22 year raped a 14 year old and he only gets 3 months probation.) I go to therapy but it doesn't help. I just want to be in control, like I used to be. I want to be able to remember and get 95's on tests. I want to be able to get a 3.0 GPA. I just don't know how. I can't concentrate anymore. My mind wanders. I want to move around. Some days the stress from school gets to me so much I go in the bathroom and skip some classes and just cry. There are no "study groups" either. It's a 310 student high school... there are no programs at all. And I've been trying really hard to get good grades, I've stopped getting high, I've stopped going out with friends. I've shut myself in my room with my homework and everything...Nothing has helped. How can I get better grades?
