What do I need to do to be able to get a scholarship to a good college?

  • My dream is to get a scholarship to the law school at Harvard, but I don't know if I can achieve it. I take all pre ap courses at a public middle school (7th grade), and have a 4.45(?)gpa. I dont make B's on report cards or anything, and school isn"t really much of a challenge. I want to know if it's possible for someone going to an average school with an average income family to be able to go anywhere "at the top", and wouldn't mind advice on other things i can do to help out my chances.

    IF YOUR GRADES WERE GOOD WHEN U WAS A LITTLE KID U CAN GET A SCHOLAR SHIP. YU HAVE TO BE GOOD AND LISTEN TO THE TEACHER.

It's very difficult to get a full-ride scholarship to anywhere, there is so much competition even if your grades are good. If you continue to do well you should be able to be accepted where you want to be. The problem is paying for it, with your GPA however I'm sure that you will be given plenty of government grants which you won't have to pay back. Keep in good contact with your guidance councilors and when it comes time apply for as many scholarships as possible. Keep up the good work, become involved in plenty of extracurricular activities and you should have no trouble finding scholarships and receiving grants.

I didn't qualify for a Arizona State scholarship programme so I had to go through a different route to get my scholarship funding.
