Good memorization techniques?

  • Does anyone have really good memorization techniques to memorize like 300 Latin to English words? I already know most of them but I just need help keeping them in my head I want 100% on it.

  • Answer:

    Write the word in Latin, then in English. Then add another word, and start from the beginning word. It's along process, but you will memorize them.

Use the 5 senses to help you: Sight, smell, taste, touch, hearing. Sight: Look at the words and visualize them. Touch: write out the words A LOT Hearing: talk out the words, or have someone talk them out to you/quiz you Taste/smell: if there are a couple that you are just NOT getting, eat a certain candy or smell a purfume and your mind will remember that word to that smell of purfume. When you are getting stuck, spray the purfume or take a bite out of a Twix bar. Also use flashcards/www.quizlet.com I greatly recommend quizlet. If you havent used it, you are totally missing out.
