During an interview, what should you answer when u get asked "tell me about yourself" ?

I say things like- Im a hard worker, I enjoy meeting new people, I like learning new things. Things like that. You really have to sell yourself

This is not a request to tell your deepest, darkest secrets! You want to highlight your best qualities. For example, you can say, "I think I have pretty good leadership skills. When a club I belonged to wanted to take a trip to the state competition, I organized a car wash and bake sale. We made $1,200." Or "I've really learned to manage my time, because I wanted to be in the school band and play on a soccer team on the weekends. My parents said I could if I kept my grades up, so I really had to plan ahead and schedule my studying each night."
