What does international address mean?

Just to check with you, may I know your phone number and address please? what does this mean?

I asked a company if they would send me a sample of their product for review.They replied and thanked me for taking interest in their product and said they welcome most people for reviews and said"just to check with you, may I know your phone number and address please?" I sent it but 3 days have passed and they haven't replied yet.Can you plz tell me what does this sentence mean does it mean they will take my address and then consider whether to send a sample or not? or they asked it to send me the sample?

They have it in their records and might call you asking how their product was or send stuff to your home about their products
