How can I get into college if I am not an english speaker?

I got 1770 on my sat score. My gpa is 4.0 unweighted. I'm not native English speaker. What college can I apply?

  • I've been speaking English for many years, but, still, I'm not as good as the native speaker, and my reading/writing score on sat are bad. Is there any college that doesn't take sat score too seriously to decide who is accept?
