I can't focus at all in school?

Why can't I focus in school?

  • My grades have been dropping rapidly ever since my parents divorced and my dad gave away my dog. my house was foreclosed because my dad didn't pay the bills and my mom got a new boyfriend who already has kids and she treats them like her own and barley acts like a mom around my brother and I Since all that happend my grades have been going down I can't pay attion in class and if I don't get my grades up I'm going to summer school but even when I heard that I still have no motavation to work harder. I don't know if I'm lazy or what's going on I just need a answer

    You have great potential in you to do well in school and in life. Your parents' decisions are unfortunate because of how it has affected you. There is a way past it, however. Know that God loves you. This is the key. He wants you to succeed in everything. You need to forgive your parents for their decision to divorce, even though it was wrong (because of how it affected you). Ask God to heal you completely from the affect of their decisions. Learn to love your mom's boyfriend and his kids, even if you don't agree with the relationship. They are just as much in need of healing from wounding as you are.

That is perfectly normal. You're going through a rough time. I would say, if talking to your mother isn't enough, than take some time off away from it all. Go to the library and do your homework. Throw yourself into your work, it gets all the frustration out :)
