Who has a degree in early childhood education?

Would an online degree in early childhood education be just as good as on campus?

  • i want to get my bachelors in early childhood education but some colleges are just too far and online is more flexable while i work. however is it a smart choice to take online classes with the major that i want? i dont want to waste my time getting a degree online and have it mean nothing when im done. i live in new york if it matters. anyone know any good campus or online schools? thanks 1 minute ago - 4 days left to answer.

There are some subjects that you should never take online, and I honestly think this is one of them. If you have kids of your own and a husband, going to a far away campus is not an option, so online classes would be best for you. And also, a degree online through the college is just as valid as one that you got on campus. If you going to a campus is possible, I highly recommend using online classes as a last resort. Also, you could take local community college classes to get your English and math and basics out of the way then transfer to a university for the remaining 2 years.

You may be able to take some of your general education classes online. You could probably also take some classes like child psychology onine. Early childhood education, however, involves people. Therefore, there is no way a credible program would allow you to take all your classes online. I'd suggest that you check out community colleges in your area. They usually have good programs. It is also important to avoid for-profit schools. They are almost always scams.
