10 points!!! What are some sites that can help make me more intelligent/smarter??? <3333333?

  • I already know reading can help me, and dictionaries to increase my vocabulary. But does anyone know of any websites/blogs that can make me smarter? I already know about Wikipedia. Also please don't post sites about politics.. because I find it boring and i know for sure I wouldn't be able to sit there and read about all of it. But I would appreciate if someone can name a few sites that know, and ill give you 10 points. thanks. <3

    Cracked.Com Read the science and history sections. Scroll to the bottom, click science or history, then read some articles. They're all HILARIOUS and all true and VERY educational.

Wikipedia is not advisable. Users can edit the information. This makes it an unreliable source of information. I should warn that using that site as a source of reference in any school paper would only upset the teacher. Usually a reliable source of information on the internet is an organizations website or a government website. For instance, information about health you can look to the national institue of health (nih.gov). Or, if you want to be more specific...say with mental health, the national institue of mental health (nimh.nih.gov). CNN is also a great place to learn. I say this because being that it is a website dedicated to bringing new to the people, there is alot of information there. Time magazine is linked to them as well as forbes (a money magazine giant). What makes those great sites is, if you find or read something that interests you, you obviously can look it up up in their archives, or go to search engine. Although you may have to be specific at times. It would still work.
