There are no free lookup services. All reverse phone lookup providers will charge a fee. People say white pages is a free service but it is not, they charge a fee for quite unreliable information. To get accurate info from any number you will be better off paying for a service.

You can't use a free site to get information on a cell phone. You can try. But it won't work. You will have to use a paid site. But it's worth it if you really need information on that number.
