What GPA do you need to get into University of Texas in Austin?

I wanted to know what GPA to aim for to get into university of Texas in austin. I know you have to be in the top 10%, but i just want a range of gpa. My GPA is about 3.47/4.0, in Freshman year. So i was wondering if I should still hope to get into UT or look at some other colleges. I don't have much extra activites except some volunteer hours in the library and playing the violin.
