Is my skateboard all right?

Does a school teacher have the right to take away your skateboard just because you aren't doing work?

• When I was at school I had my skateboard but was not doing ANYTHING with it. All the other days she didn't care neither. I dropped a book on my table and it made a loud noise. She then went to my desk and said "This is mine", reaching for my board. I said "No it isn't" and grabbed it. I attempted to walk out the class but she held on the board. She was an adult, so of course she was much stronger and took it away with ease. I screamed "****, what the hell!". Now shes telling me I can only get it back by doing a test and I have to do my work. I personally think that was no reason to take my skateboard.

  Well why do you have a skateboard in a classroom. You should have put it away in your locker. Also just take the test and do your work. And don't curse in front of your teacher. If I were your teacher you would never be in my class again. Its not hard to get A's and B's I get them all the time and I barley do work.
