Scholarships are for the best of the best with regards to academic ability. Your level of English is no where near high enough to qualify even if you are the #1 high school student in your region of Yemen. If you do not qualify for a full scholarship to a university in Yemen then there is no change that you will qualify for one in Australia/Germany. Also 2 year degrees are postgrad degrees - you will need a 80-90% average in your Bachelor degree to have any chance at all for a scholarship.
