Do all scholarships work for all colleges?

Scholarships having to do with the environment.?

i want to pursue a career involving the environment; perhaps forestry, preventing global warming, or even find work at national parks, caring for animals. . .things like that. i'm not sure yet. anyways, i live in southern california & i'm a junior in high school, & i need to start looking for scholarships. anyone know if any that would go along with my career goals.? also, what are some good colleges mainly focused on nature.? i've found unity college in maine & the state university of new york of environmental science & forestry. any others.? i'm open to any location. :]
