Which scholarship programs available in Florida are the best to apply to?

Does florida have any other scholarship programs for military veterans without using the GI Bill?

I have an OTH for a stupid mistake that I forever regret, but I'm working on getting it upgraded and the job market in this state sucks so I need to go back to school as soon as I can. I thought that florida had several programs for veterans but I don't even know where to begin to look.
Answer:

You visit your closest veterans office and ask where you can find out about schooling. Ask the person that helps with Advising for college for advice. I believe that you would be best to upgrade the OTH first but in the process find out if you have totally lost your ability to access the GI Bill. The other option is to go to the local community college and sit with admissions and ask how to start the process.
