How much will I get from the Pell Grant?

How much money I will get back for my Pell Grant if I only take 3 credit hours?

• Im attending at a community college. I just started my spring/second semester. They accepted 2,775 for spring semester. One class is $513.06 book allowance is $180.00 Will I keep the rest of the money.

  2775 x .25 = 693.75 your award of 2775 will be adjusted down to 693.75 Your class plus books 513.06 + 180.00 = 693.06 You will not get any money back unless your school requires half-time (6 credit hours) to get Pell Grant in that case, you won't get any Fin Aid & will have to pay for your class out-of-pocket you can use $2081.94 (your remainder of the 2775) in Summer or it will be lost the award ins't fully yours if you aren't enrolled in 12 credit hours per semester
