Medical Office Assistant hard to study?

I got a work study job!?

  • Last week, I was interviewed for a work study job at my college. The position is Office Assistant/File Clerk in the Office of Vice President of Fiance. I am very excited and thrilled for the opportunity. However, I am quite nervous because this would be my first professional, office job and I am not sure what I should be prepared for. The duties are: "organizing and maintaining files; drafting letters; and supporting office personnel in both the Vice President of Fiance Office and Legal Affairs in an administrative capacity as needed." Any advice would be appreciated! Again, this is my first office job, even it's a work study job, I know it should be taken as serious as any other kind of employment.
