How does the hope scholarship works?

I need someone who knows a lot about how the Hope scholarship in GA works? Plz answer!! ?

• I was enrolled for a summer class this semester at my school. I got deleted from it because I did not pay my balance. I owe $37 to Hope scholarship people for my book refund. I cannot get reinstated in the class and I think the school refunded Hope the money. DOES THIS AFFECT MY GRADES AS AN F OR SOMETHING ON THE HOPE SCHOLARSHIP? EVEN IF ITS NOT PUT ON MY TRANSCRIPT, DOES THIS AFFECT MY HOPE??? 10 points please.
