• my financial aid this semester is 1,650. And during a semester they have 2 separate disbursements so half of 1,650. I am currently enrolled in 11 units since I'm transferring this year I don't have many classes left. My school rewards 75% of the amount if enrolled in 9-11.5 units. I did the math but just to make sure i am not wrong. What is 75% of 1,650. I only received 418.00 today, I don't know if it is because I have a class that doesn't start until Oct. 3, the second disbursement is on Nov. 18, so maybe I'll get the rest of the $ missing. I'll ask at school, but my question is what is 75% of 1,650 ?

  $1,237.50 is 75% of $1,650... So the 418 dollars.... well, you are apparently 200 short... if this is one of those notorious "online" for profit schools, you might as well just throw your money out the window. They - on purpose - make fin aid so complicated that "normal" logic and disbursement dates (and even math) does not apply. You are prob getting charged for some "fee" or books or enrollment or something stupid like that. RUN - don't walk to the nearest real school. It will cost you a fraction of the cost and 1+1 will actually = 2
