Do student loans go to the school or directly to the student?

I wanna go to this school but they don't do financial aid or student loans I need help!?

    Does the school have a payment plan where you can pay monthly for the semester? I did this with Lindenwood U. I paid for my classes in 5 installments. You can get a private loan from a bank, and pay them back on an agreed schedule. Hope this helps
