My family can only afford 9000 GBP/year which is just enough for Costs like food, Entertainment and Accomodation. So I will need a full scholarship for my tuitions. My marks are pretty great. Q1 - How likely is it I can get one? Q2 - Can I apply knowing that I wont afford the tuitions without a scholarship

  Incredibly unlikely - almost impossible. Best thing to do is a course that they require lots of in your country and see if your government will pay. Don't set your heart on it at all! You'll need to prove that you have the funding to afford it! As you don't, you can't! Some unis may let you apply, but at some point you'll have to prove it.
