What are my chances of getting into college?

• Look at my High school grades and tell me what you think. I have to explain something first though. On both my 9th and 10th grade i was in a school in Washington DC where the school year goes like this: 4 classes each semester, each worth 1 credit or 5 classes in which 2 classes are worth 1/2 credit, this classes are usually Gym and arts. Then after the first semester we switch classes so there is 4 new classes unless you failed a class during first semester and have to retake it. On my 11th grade i moved to MD and in my new school (I hated it) We took 7 classes which were all year, and it went by odd and even days Algebra 2 was the only class i took every day. Each class was worth 1 credit and on each semester you got 1/2 credit for the classes you passed. Now i got bored of this school so i moved back to my old school, in which less honors and AP courses are offered due to funding. there i am, still haven't graduated, so the grades for second semester of 12th grade are going to be guessed, also my SAT score because i haven't yet taken it. 9th grade-first semester ESL english 1 - B Earth science - c World history 1 - A Pre algebra - B Second semester- algebra 1 - B Biology - A Spanish 1 - A English 9 - A 10th grade-first semester Geometry A - A Chemistry - A Work/college prep class - A ESL 2 - A semester 2- Geometry B - A English 10 - A World History 2 - A Physical/Health ED - A Swimming - A 11th grade first semester - Honors physics A - B Honors English 11 - B Entrepreneurship - A Physical ED - A Honors Algebra 2 - B AP Spanish language - B Honors U.S history - B Second semester Honors physics - B Honors English 11 - A Entrepreneurship - A Piano (instrument class, counts as fine arts credit) - A Honors Algebra 2 - A AP Spanish language - A Honors U.S history - A 12 grade semester 1- Pre Calculus - A English 12 - A Music - A U.S Government/D.C History - A Second semester AP Calculus - B AP English literature - B AP Exams AP spanish language - 4 Hoping for AP English literature - 4 AP Calculus - 4 SAT (hoping for atleast) - 1500 Community service Hours - 100 Extra curriculum - Club (helping the congo) 11th grade - Model U.N 12th grade - Soccer team 12th grade I Also went to a Program on saturdays at my school in D.C both 10th grade and 11th grade called "Project S.T.E.P" in which we learned about rockets and we prepared for tests like the SAT and D.C CAS This has been basically my whole High School career What do you think are my chances of getting into college? and what type of college? and if you think you can guess what college, name names. I just want to ask a lot of people to get as many opinions as possible, im still not sure im going to college, and remember that i haven't been here in the U.S for that long.
