  • Can I get into Michigan State University?Hey guys, I am currently a Senior in High School, I was wondering if some of you could give me an opinion on what my chances are in getting into MSU (not yet applied), I would want to go for business if I get in, right now I am a little worried that my grades might not be good enough. Here are my grades for Junior year: Main Courses: English - 89% average overall Chemistry - 70% average overall Ap US History - 82% average overall Trigonometry - 80% average overall Honors Spanish - 90% average overall Electives:Youth Leadership - 96% average overall Business Law - 92% average overall My averages were basically the same sophomore year just a little higher. And same with freshman year. Extra Activities: Volunteered over the summer at Homeless shelters/soup kitchens. Spanish Club 4 years German Club 4 years JV/Varsity Football 2 years Varsity Tennis 3 years Varsity Wrestling 4 years DECA Business Competition/club - 3 years So here is basically my grades, please let me know what you guys think! Thanks in advance! 1080/1600 SAT Score Overall Weighted GPA: 3.1-3.3 (Don't know yet) Class Rank: Upper 50%Race: Caucasian/white

    yes you are absolutely set. volunteering is great and anything above a 3.0 along with your extra experience is guaranteed admission for you. you might want to hurry up w/ your app though so you make sure you get in based on time i don't know what the deadline would be.
