Can u tell me some strictless college sutable for bsc electronics in kerala?

i want to study bsc electronics in kerala but i want to enjoy my college lyf so i have some conditions like....casual dresses, bikes, enjoyment....etc i'm saying dis bcoz after completing my +2 ... i went to chennai to study b.tech computer science in veltech engineering college...... bt dat college is a worst college boz they have some damn rules like, formal dress always, dnt talk to girls if we talk to a girl we 'll be suspended for 15 days..... and many more....... and i'm totally feed up of dis type of activity...... so i stopped d studies ri8 now bt nxt year i wnt to study *** i want to enjoy......so pls hlp me.........
