Which California State school is best for international business?

  • Hello I'm currently a senior at The International School of Choueifat in The United Arab Emirates and very interested in studying abroad, California to be specific. My Grades in the following years: Grade 10 C+ Grade 11 C Grade 12 Term 1 C+ I am interested in studying either Business -Management or Mass Communication -Public Relations Grade 12 term 1 my average in Business is B I'm currently waiting for my SAT score and going to do TOEFL Feb 12 I was wondering if I have a chance at being accepted - Fall Semester 2012 at these universities: California State University Northridge California State University San Bernardino San Diego State University I also wanted advice by comparing these 3 universities in regards to their academic ranking and the facilities they offer. and if it is ok to send out my application without my TOEFL and SAT ? & When I have the scores I could send them later on Any Suggestions about other universities I should take a look at please let me know. Thank you

    \ but yes you can apply, make sure you meet the deadline date, and then send in your scores. realize that you application will not be reviewed till all documentation is in. Have you gone on line to see the deadline date for these school? CA state schools have low international student population. they have very high tuition fees for out of state and international students. As an international student you should look into schools in other states
