sat : 1780 Sat2: chem: 750 math2: 660 gpa:3.2 unweighted :/ applying for a chemical engineering major senior classes: ap chemistry calculus (college class at cal state fullerton) physics english government ap biology do you think i have a shot?

None. Too low of a SAT score. Too low of a GPA, but if the weighted is 3.8 that, then maybe. If you manage to write a decent essay that will make the judges shed a tear or two, you'll be fine. Assuming you can write it. But if not, then no. Have you checked the UCI's mid 50% for the SAT and ACT at collegeboard.com?
