Are there any child development programs?

What is the best school to go to for my double majors in Child Development and Psychology?

I live in CA and was looking at all the Cal State Schools, but it seems that each one's programs are either really good for a Child Development major or really good for a Psychology major. Can someone please help me?! My ultimate goal in life that I strive to become is a Play therapist. btw.... I'm an avg. student, so big name schools may be out of my range! I am also currently attending community college, so I only will be taking my major coursework at the University.
