Where do I go to submit teacher recommendations to college?

My teachers wrote the evaluations I needed days ago and they all say they uploaded them, but I don't know how to confirm that, or where I can go to submit them...they were uploaded to Naviance and I can't see anywhere where it says something like "Here are your letters of recommendation, click this button to submit them". Also under documents it says that nothing has been uploaded, despite all my teachers telling (and showing) me that they have. Do I need to go to my counselor or something?

You dean's office is obliged to know this so take submissions there.
