How do you study most effectively?

How can I study effectively? please!!?

• How do you study effectively? So I am a junior in college. I am a double major in finance and accounting with a minor in spanish. I have really been struggling with exams lately. I am an extremely hard worker but I also have a lot going on so it's hard to stay consistent. I have three jobs I am the vice president of a club called HSA and a dancer and treasurer of a dance team. I finish an average day around 10pm after practice is over and then I go to the library everynight until about 1:30am The classes that I have now are Statistics, Finance, Biology, Spanish, and Organizational Behavior.I am doing pretty bad on my Finance and Biology exams and I need to know how to study for them. I've tried making note cards powerpoints two column notes, practice problems and I think that I am ready for the exam and then I take it and I still do bad. Any suggestions of what I can do differently?
