Is there a way to become good at mathematics?

  • Is there a way to become good at mathematics? I know that anyone who studies for hours something will probably become good at, but I mean more like become naturally good with numbers, be able to see what's hidden between, see the links, etc. I am ready to do anything, study like a crazy, but I want to know if it will boost my ''mathematical intelligence'' or just make me learn more knowledge. I don't know if i'm clear, lol. Actually, i'm not that bad in mathematics, but i'm not a mathlete (but I want to be), and the problem is that I want to go in astrophysics for university (i'm 18 actually).

Short of being bitten by a radioactive mathematician, there isn't a way to become a savant with numbers other than practice. With enough study you will probably start to notice patterns or ways of going about things that make your work easier. This will make you look more like you have innate math powers to others.

Yea the key is study study study, the more practise at something the better you will get and have a tutor if possible, sometimes you could be looking at a problem for hours and not get it but someone like a math teacher could explain it in a few minutes
