If I'm working toward a Business degree (CIS) would it be a good idea to take some foreign language classes?

Yes, if your planing on doing business in the United States, I would suggest Spanish. If you're planning on doing international business, than I would suggest Spanish, French, Chinese, and Japanese.

It is always a good idea to be fluent in multiple languages when you are looking at any sort of service related degree (business, medicine, etc.). I would recommend becoming fluent in Spanish if you are located in the United States. Anywhere else, just research your population and find out what the two most spoken languages of the country,and learn those.
