Take and pass with top grades the pre-med classes which are listed on medical school websites. In your last two years of undergraduate school, take as many research-oriented science classes as possible. It may be easier to be accepted for these classes if you take all four years of undergraduate school at the same university so that you will have the opportunity to get to know the professors who teach the research classes and their colleagues. Often admission to these classes is competitive and an informal recommendation from another professor in the same department is helpful in being admitted. Having these classes on your transcript is very helpful for medical school admission. Also take some psychology classes. You may choose any undergraduate major.
