Whats college dorm-life like?

  • I'm eligible for a full scholarship at UM or a private school in Minnesota but i believe i have to spend my first year in their dorms. I don't think i'd mind doing so I'd just like to have an idea of what i'd be getting myself into. thank you

    smart guy huh? :) well i myself is experiencing college dorm life this summer. Just graduated from high school JUne 2010 :) I have already stayed in the dorms last summer thanks to a very special program im in. :D Im staying at the UNLV dorms and well, its okay i guess. I like it a lot buuut, you will get tired of their food. Don't get me wrong, their food is very very very delicious but since youll eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day, you will get a bit sick of it by probably your 2nd/3rd week. Other than that, it's great, you'll learn a lot of yourself staying their and learn a lot of responsibilities taking care of your own needs. You will be home sick of coarse but you'll get use to it.
