What universities can I potentially get into?

What universities can you get into with these kinds of grades? HELP!?

• What kind of colleges could I get into if I do not so well (freshmen year: i got a few D's sophomore year: I got a c or so) in the beginning of highschool, but for my last 2 years get all A's and B's? Also: would you know any good colleges in either New York City, Boston, or near San Francisco bay area that would be good for me to look into? I would love all the help I can get!   You should be working with your school's guidance counselor. You'll need solid SAT scores to balance your GPA. There are tons of schools in the areas that you mention. There is such a thing as "sophomore slump." If you've pulled good grades since, you should be okay. Probably you're looking at a state school.
