Urgent art questions about artists?

Art Praxis test information?

• I posted a questions months ago about taking the Art Praxis. I took the Content Knowledge & PLT in Ohio (where I used to live) But moved to SC & they needed me to take the Art Making section as well. I asked if anyone knew anything about it... & didn't even get one response. So I'm posting this here just in case one day there is someone else looking for help with the Art Content section. Here is what was on mine: Section 1: 2 questions. (5 minutes each) Could either be writing about art, or drawing certain things. Mine was writing. Question 1: There were around 6 different mediums to choose from to write what you know about: charcoal, oil pastels, chalk pastels, pen & ink... I know there was one more but I don't remember it. So you had to choose 3 & write what they would look like on the paper. Question 2: Gave 3 sections & you had to write about all 3. The 3 given to me was assemblages, earthworks, & installations. Section 2: 2 essays (25 minutes each) This is what you need your 4 photos for. You read each essay & decide which photo you are going to use for it. So you'll only use 2 photos. I don't remember much other than writing like a mad woman. They give you 2 pages, front & back, to write each essay. Essay 1: I know was comparing my work to that of artists, which artists was it like, and was I influenced from them or did my work look like theirs. Essay 2: Was asking me about form vs function & which came across,which one was more important, & could I have done things differently. Anyway, that's it. If someone has to take this test, I hope that helps.
